The way these breweries print their dates is always subject to change. We have determined these dates from the best of our abilities. Although most will be accurate we cannot guarantee total accuracy. Please let us know if you recognize a change in their dating process so we can update our records.
Uinta: They use a bottled on and best before date. The best before date is on the 10 oz. cans and bottles, bottled on date is on the 750 ml. bottles.
Uncommon Brewers: They use a packaging date which is on the bottom of the can. Format is MM/DD/YY.
Upland: They use a bottling date. From information we have seen the brewer states that every bottle has a label notch on the left hand side showing month and year of bottling. They give their beer 3 to 4 month shelf life depending on which beer.
Upright: They use a packaging date. From information we have seen the brewer states that they bottle condition them for a month at the brewery before sending them out. They started labeling the boxes with dates that are one month after bottling.
Upstate: They use a canned date which is a sticker on each 4-pack.
Upstream: They use a brewed on and bottling date. They only do small batches of barrel-aged brews in bottles.
Urban Chestnut: They use a packaging date.
