Poured from the bottle this beer pours a hazy shade of amber with a ginormous head that leaves well pronounced lacing. The aroma is also substantial with all sorts of hop aromas coming through. There are smells of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine just to name a few and not unlike the smell this brew has alot of different flavors going on. The taste follows the nose pretty well and has a bold hop character (15 different hops) with big citrus, some tropical fruit, pine, and a bit grassy. The mouthfeel is pretty smooth with medium carbonation and there is no lack of bitter here. There is a malty sweetness for sure but at 10% ABV it is to be expexted and it works.
Rating 8.9 out of 10
